Eligibility & Enrollment
You’re eligible to enroll in Nightwing’s benefits program if you’re a full-time or part-time employee working at least 20 hours per week.

Dependents
For benefits that offer dependent coverage, you can also enroll your:
- Legal spouse
- Eligible domestic partner *
- Children up to age 26 **
- A disabled child of any age who becomes disabled prior to age 26 and who depends on you for financial support
* Someone with whom you share a common domestic life but aren’t married to.
** Includes natural, adopted, legal guardianship, and stepchild(ren), as well as a domestic partner’s child(ren) — regardless of their student, marital, military, or employment status.
If You Don’t Enroll
Changes outside of Annual Enrollment or your new hire eligibility period may only be made if you experience a qualifying life event, as determined by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Qualifying life events may include:
- Marriage, divorce, or legal separation
- Birth or adoption of a child
- Change in child’s dependent status
- Change in spouse’s/domestic partner’s benefits or employment
If you experience a life event after you enroll, you generally have 30 days to make changes. Keep in mind, benefit changes must be consistent with the corresponding life event.
How to Enroll
Go to Alight or access the portal through Okta. If you use Okta, you’ll go directly to your profile without needing to enter a separate username and password.
