Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
When life gives you challenges, we want to make sure you have access to the resources you need. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), administered by CCA@YourService, is a free benefit for you and your family that provides access to a range of emotional well-being support and convenience services. You and your household members are eligible for up to six visits per issue, per individual, per year.

Cigna’s Wellness Solution
FreshRealm offers the Cigna Wellness Solution program to help you be your best, healthiest, fittest, happiest self. We encourage you to participate. We also offer a reward to Wellness Solution members—you and your covered spouse/domestic partner may earn up to $400 or $600 per person, for a total of up to $800 or $1,200, for completing the following wellness activities:
- Health Assessment
- Biometric Screening (or reasonable alternative form)
- Preventive Care (Annual physical, pap smear, mammogram, colon screening/stool test, prostate cancer (PSA), flu shot, bone density test)
Rewards are deposited into your HSA. You must be enrolled in the HDHP and HSA to earn incentives, even if you don’t contribute. Your spouse or domestic partner who is covered by the Cigna medical plan can also earn wellness rewards. If your spouse is enrolled in a Health Care FSA, you are not eligible to enroll in an HSA.
